OUR MISSION
Throughout the year the Association develops various actions aimed at facilitating access to culture for audiences of all ages.
We undertake the task of caring for and putting the value of the extensive heritage of the museum both in relation to the facilities as in relation to its catalog.
The Association offera various educational and training instances related to both the theoretical approach to art and the technical training of artists.
We´re committed to guaranteeing access to culture and art, and to artistic training for people of all ages.

Actions
From the Association Amigos del Museo Sívori we develop various actions aimed at promoting
Argentine Art and facilitating access to Art and Culture.
Courses
Throughout the year, we offer a wide range of educational, training and educational proposals related to art and its various expressions.
Cultural Events
Periodically we offer various proposals for approaching art and culture, for which we call on prominent leaders of various artistic expressions.
Auctions
Annually we hold an Auction in order to raise funds to finance our actions and to support different entities that work in sensitive areas related to health, culture and social inclusion.
Talks
Regularly we organize talks and interviews with different prominent personalities from the art world, in order to disseminate and promote the work of artists and argentinian art.

History
The Sívori Museum proposes a journey through the history of Argentine art, through a heritage that includes all the trends that have been part of national art history, especially those of the first half of the 20th century.
The Eduardo Sívori Museum of Argentine Art began to function in 1938. Although, it was originally created as "Municipal Museum of Fine Arts, Applied Arts and Comparative Arts Annex." At present, the Sívori Museum is one of the main references in relation to pictorial art and sculpture in Argentina. Currently the museum has a heritage of about 4,000 pieces that includes the main exponents of Argentine painting and sculpture from all eras.
